What is your cancelation policy?
We have a 72-hour cancelation policy. You may cancel up to 72 hours before

your ride time. After that you lose your ride deposit, which is 50% of your ride price.

Call us if something comes up unexpectedly and we’d be glad to chat.

If rides are canceled due to mother nature (a rare occurrence in California), you will be refunded your full fee and given priority over future ride dates.

Do we ride to the wineries to go wine tasting?
We do not ride to wineries due to liability reasons. We will start our adventure with a relaxing 60 or 90-minute ride, then we will give you wine tasting vouchers for one of our local winery partners for the next part of your adventure.

How many people are on our trail ride with us?
We try to keep our rides around 4-6 guests plus experienced trail guide(s) so it’s more personal, but if you have a larger group please contact us to discuss possible special accommodations .

What if we’ve never ridden before or aren’t experienced horse people?
That’s totally fine! Before departing on trail, you will be given a visual demonstration on proper horse handling. Then each rider is given a brief personalized instruction on their horse to make sure everyone is properly matched up and comfortable.  We feel this is extremely valuable to ensure your safety and the safety of the other riders before venturing out on trail.
